Avis Group Headquarters is located in Bracknell, Berkshire, United
Kingdom. Each corporate country has its own HQ and is supported by
a centralised call centre in Barcelona and a Financial Shared
Service Centre in Budapest.

Group Headquarters
In the Group Headquarters in Bracknell, career opportunities
exist in the following functions: Finance, Marketing/Sales
(Commerical), IT, Human Resources, Fleet and Licensees.
Finance
Finance comprises teams handling Group accounting, business
planning and analysis, tax, treasury, insurance and internal audit
services. The Finance department plays a key role in strategic
planning and managing risk across the Group. Specialist teams
ensure the Group is able to realise all profit opportunities and to
minimize costs and risk. It also ensures compliance with all
statutory and reporting requirements. There is a Finance Shared
Service Centre for the Group in Budapest.
Commercial Department
The Commercial Department is responsible for sales, marketing,
brand leadership and business development across all customer
segments and markets. This includes the development of commercial
partnerships with companies such as airlines, hotels and rail
networks. Other teams are responsible for revenue management and
the management of customer distribution channels.
Information Technology
The IT function enables the business to achieve its objectives
through leading edge technology. There are teams responsible for
customer contact systems, revenue management, production
services, enterprise applications and architecture.
Human Resources
The HR team work as business partners to managers to enable
them to deliver their objectives. They have specialist expertise in
recruitment, employee relations, performance management and
salaries and benefits. The learning and development
team supports the business by identifying talent and
developing employees to their full potential.
Fleet
Avis is one of Europe's largest fleet purchasers, sourcing and
disposing of around 250,000 vehicles per year. The fleet planning
processes are absolutely vital to the company's ability to meet
customer needs, maximise revenue opportunity and drive
profitability.
Licensees
Our Licensee Team supports the franchised businesses in
Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Middle East,
Mediterranean, Ireland and Asia. This equates to over 1000 rental
location across the region. Licensees are typically entrepreneurs,
public companies, family businesses and corporate buyouts.
