The Commercial Department is responsible for sales, marketing, brand leadership and business development across all customer segments and markets. This includes the development of commercial partnerships with companies such as airlines, hotels and rail networks. Other teams are responsible for revenue management and the management of customer distribution channels.

 

 

The IT function enables the business to achieve its objectives through leading edge technology. There are teams responsible for customer contact systems, revenue management, production services, enterprise applications and architecture.
