about their performance, their aspirations and their development
needs.
This can lead to a variety of different development
opportunities, ranging from attendance on formal training and
development programmes, mentoring by a more experienced manager, an
assignment to gain new experiences or a new role.

Group and Avis encourages people to attend these to support their
personal and professional growth. In addition, people are
encouraged to study for professional qualifications where
appropriate.
