Avis Spain were awarded the title of 'Best Rent a Car Company' by more than 700 travel agencies at the 5th Travelranking awards at the hotel Miguel Angel in Madrid on April 23. The Travelranking awards were given in categories relating to hotels, airlines, wholesalers and car rental companies.

 

Angel Caride, Director Marketing & Sales, received the award on behalf of Avis Spain from Mrs. Cuca Garcia Vinuesa, Occidental Hotels Communication Director. He outlined the excellent work done by the magazine 'Agenttravel' which organised the event, and commented, "I would like to thank the travel agents for putting their trust in Avis. We intend to repay that trust by our commitment to maintain and enhance the service quality that has made us the leading car rental company in Spain."
